
Edward L. Hines, DDS, MD
Dr Hines attended college at Northwestern University in Evanston, Illinois. He obtained a degree in dentistry from Columbia University and Dr. Hines graduated George Washington University medical school. His training in general and orthopedic surgery was at the University of Connecticut where he also completed a fellowship in hand surgery. He is certified by the American Board of Orthopedic Surgery and is a fellow of the American Academy of Orthopedic Surgery. He is also a fellow of American College of Surgeons. Dr. Hines is a member of the American Association for Hand Surgery. He has served as chief of staff of the Alamance Regional Medical Center and president of the Alamance Caswell Medical Society. For ten years he has also participated as a physician representative on the board of directors of the Alamance Regional Medical Center. His interest is in upper extremity surgery and total joint surgery.

Howard E Miller, MD
Dr. Miller received his undergraduate degree at Cornell University and his medical degree at SUNY Upstate Medical Center in Syracuse, NY. He completed his internship at UNC-Chapel Hill and his orthopedic residency at SUNY Upstate Medical Center. He is certified by the American Board of Orthopedic Surgery and is a fellow of the American academy of Orthopedic Surgery. Dr Miller is past chief of staff of Alamance Regional Medical Center. He is interested in sports medicine, total joint surgery, and trauma.

Christopher E Smith, MD
DR Smith received his undergraduate degree from Princeton University, where he also participated on the crew team. He graduated from Duke University medical school, and completed his internship at the University of Virginia at Charlottesville. DR Smith's orthopedic residency was at Duke University where he also completed a fellowship in Hand Surgery. He is certified by the American board of Orthopedic Surgery and is a fellow of the American Academy of Orthopedic Surgery. DR Smith is past secretary of the medical staff of Alamance Regional Medical Center. His special interests are hand surgery, hip surgery and foot and ankle surgery.

Dr. Krasinski
Dr. Krasinski received his undergraduate degree from Colgate University and medical
degree from Tufts University School of Medicine in Boston, MA where he graduated
as a member of the Alpha Omega Alpha Medical Honor Society. He completed his
general surgery internship and orthopaedic residency at Tufts-New England Medical
Center in Boston. He received additional, specialized training in orthopaedic sports
medicine at the distinguished Duke Sports Medicine and Shoulder Surgery Fellowship
at Duke University Medical Center. Dr. Krasinski has served as a Team Physician for
Boston College and Assistant Team Physician for Duke University and North Carolina
Central University. He is certified by the American Board of Orthopedic Surgery and is a
fellow of the American academy of Orthopedic Surgery and is a member of the American
Orthopaedic Society for Sports Medicine, the American Academy of Orthopaedic
Surgeons and the Duke Piedmont Orthopaedic Society. In addition to general orthopedic
care, his clinical interests include sports injuries and arthroscopic surgery of the shoulder
and knee, including rotator cuff tears and shoulder instability, as well as cartilage,
meniscus, tendon and ligament injuries of the knee.
